Yoga Nidra with Angie Benton

Join Angie Benton at On Track for our Self-Care Sundays.  She will guide you through a gentle slow flow practice before settling in for a guided Yoga Nidra.  The class is 90 minutes and a donation based class.  

Please sign up under the classes tab via MindBody.  Space is limited and will fill up.  You are welcome to bring any comfort items from home such as blanket, pillow or journal.
