In this workshop, you will learn a meditation designed to help you connect to your inner wisdom, explore your values, and create a purpose statement. All of these techniques are aimed at helping you clarify your direction and goals, find the deeper meaning behind them, and tap into your unique motivation. 
This class will give you your "WHY."

The next workshop employs Franklin Covey Time Management Techniques to help yu define and protect what is important to you and let go of what isn't. Tips on Overcoming Procrastination will also help you define your "WHAT."

Healthy Habits

Saturday, 11/19
2-4pm

In our final workshop, you will create healthy habits to give you energy to pursue your vision and accountability to follow through with your plan. Learn ways to combat the common causes of derailment and manage stress effectively. Create your personal self-management strategy to ensure that your plan becomes a reality. 
This is your "HOW."
