Join Rachael Harper to learn to use the qualities and elements of the season to balance your unique body based on your own bio-characteristics. In this class we will discuss common fall ailments and seasonal lifestyle, yoga, and diet recommendations for maintaining optimal health and strong immunity throughout fall and early winter.

Rachael is an Ayurveda Health Counselor and Program Coordinator for the Joyful Belly School of Ayurveda. Ayurveda is the ancient medical science of India and approaches wellness according to the individual, using seasonal foods and daily routine to bring your body + mind into balance.
