Like all of our appointment based offerings, this is a completely customized session based on the specific needs of the client(s). This session may include any combination of relaxation techniques such as:
guided meditation
restorative yoga
sound therapy using Tibetan singing bowls
Thai yoga stretching / partner Thai stretching
yoga nidra / guided relaxation

refund/cancellation/no show policy:
Payment is due at time of booking. All sales are final. 24 hour cancellation policy on all appointment bookings. Any client who wishes to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full cost of the session. Any client who does not show up for their appointment will be charged the full cost of the session. All packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase. No refunds will be given due to expiration.
