Contract Terms:
Monthly Unlimited Yoga Membership: Your membership may be canceled anytime after the first 30 days.
OTY Total Wellness Membership: Your membership requires a 6 month minimum commitment. After the 6 months, the contract will automatically renew for an additional 6 months unless cancellation is requested. Unused wellness appointments will not be rolled over to the next month, they expire at the end of your billing cycle.
Cancellation Policy for ALL Membership options: You must submit your cancellation in writing at least 15 days prior to the next billing date in order to stop the next billing transaction. If a student should need to cancel before the current 6 month contract ends, cancellation must be submitted in writing at least 15 days prior and the student will be responsible for 50% of the remaining payments. At the time of cancellation, the above benefits will no longer be available to you.
If a student should need to freeze a contract at anytime, we will suspend the membership for up to 30 days at no extra charge, and beyond that they will be charged a $25 per month fee for suspension.
Return/Refund Policy
No refunds will be given on class passes or memberships.
Regularly priced class passes can be put on hold for up to 3 months. There is a $25 per month fee for this service. This does not include specials. The hold must be requested before the original expiration date.
Clients are entitled to a full refund on workshops, trainings, and events up to 3 days before the workshop/event unless otherwise noted. After this point a partial refund may be given until the day of the workshop. No refunds will be given for past classes or workshops.
Appointments of any kind may be refunded in full up to 3 days before the scheduled session. After this point a partial refund may be given as long as 24 hours notice is given for the cancellation. (Please see cancellation policy below.) Note: If you have purchased a package of multiple sessions, you may only be refunded the remainder of the unused sessions minus the full rate of used sessions.
Unused retail items may be returned within 15 days of the original sale. Items damaged after the sale will not be refunded.
Cancellation/No Show Policy:
Space is limited for all in-person classes and pre-registration with online payment is required. If you do not show up you will be charged for the class. If you have an unlimited membership, your card on file will be charged $10.

A class may be canceled by the studio up to one hour in advance if no one is registered.
24 hour cancellation policy on all appointment bookings. Any client who wishes to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice or does not show up for their appointment may be charged the full cost of the session.
