In this 3.5 hour workshop we will dive deeper into our dance and allow time for reflection, journaling, and ritual.
We will begin with a Cacao Ceremony to set our intention for the dance, open our hearts, and to deepen our experience together.
Our question will be, as always, what can I learn about myself in relationship with others? Through partnerships on the dance floor we will connect deeply with ourselves and other participants in a fun and safe dance experience.
