Yoga is more than the physical work we do in a class. The postures (asana) we practice are just one part of an eight part system that prepares the body and mind for meditation. In this workshop we'll discuss at a high level the mainstream tradition of The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and what it means for you on and off the yoga mat.
Note: This workshop is discussion only, you will not need your yoga mat! You may want to bring a pen and paper if you like to take notes.
