Rhonda leads the group through yoga sequences, breathing techniques, and guided meditations that naturally induce sleep. Lifestyle choices that support sleep are shared, as well as what to do when we wake during the night. You will enjoy a delightfully restful time, returning home with a yoga prescription for sleep. 
No yoga experience required.
