At the winter solstice, we celebrate the darkest day of the year. We embrace the shadows and darkness as spaces for introspection, shedding the habits and narratives that no longer serve us, so that we can move more fully into the light of the new year. Join us for a grounded slow flow by candlelight, followed by yoga nidra, a guided yogic "sleep." There will be time for reflection, time for letting go, and time awakening to your heartfelt desire for transformation.
