This seasonal workshop is based on the principles of Ayurveda, India’s 5000 year old traditional system of medicine. The word “Ayurveda” often translates into “science of life.” It is considered by many to be the sister science to yoga as they are both concerned with the development of the soul through proper care of the body and mind.
It is all about bringing balance or harmony to the body, mind and spirit.
