Evidence based yoga therapy to defeat chronic anxiety.
The Overcome Anxiety Clinic is a 4-week series designed to share tools from yoga and neuroscience that can empower people to take control of their symptoms of anxiety. This class is perfect for those who worry excessively, struggle from insomnia, suffer from regular anxiety and panic attacks, or have other manifestations of trauma or anxiety related issues.
Absolutely NO yoga experience is required. All yoga will be adapted to the ability of the participant.
Rhonda Waterhouse E-RYT, M.Ed of Daisy Yoga RYS is a professional teacher of therapeutic yoga with 15 years of yoga experience. Her passion is to help people heal from stress and trauma in order to live healthy and fulfilling lives.
Thursdays in September beginning 9/8, from 6-8:30pm.
$120 for the full 4 week series.
