'Body Thrive' Book Club with Sue-Ann

Join Sue-Ann to explore the book "Body Thrive" by Cate Stillman. We will read throughout the week and meet on Sunday evenings for a discussion group.

Together we will:
-gain more/better energy
-improve/deepen sleep
-explore a healthier diet
-learn self-healing techniques

Open to anyone, but space is limited.
$25 covers your book cost and handouts
Additional donations for leadership will be accepted (but not required).
Registration deadline is 4/3.

Sundays, 4/17-6/5, 6:30-8pm. Can't make one Sunday? Don't worry, we can still get the handouts/workbook to you and get you caught up on the discussion.

This is a GREAT follow-up to our Joyful Belly "Explore Your Hunger" workshop on 4/16 or as a stand-alone series.
