OTY Spring Wellness Weekend


Join OTY teachers and guest presenters for special offerings, classes, and workshops throughout the weekend to prepare your body and mind for the seasonal transition into spring!

Friday, 3/11
6-7:15pm 5Elements Fire Flow
 - 5Elements Fire Flow is a powerful, motivating vinyasa yoga class emphasizing strength and purification! This energetic practice can help with digestion, weight loss and detoxification. Fire represents metabolism, heat, and the practice of “tapas” or discipline. The emphasis of 5Elements Fire Flow is on building heat, and strength through a series of challenging salutations, standing postures, core work and arm balancing. This practice is rapid, expansive and strong, and closes with a lengthy relaxation to balance the strong effort.

Spring Cleaning Workshop -  2 workshops in One!

* Spring Ayurveda - Spring Cleaning for your body through seasonal shifts in diet and lifestyle. Learn about "kapha season" (late winter/spring) and how to stay healthy by addressing your unique needs to stay in balance. 

* Natural Home Cleaning - Spring Cleaning for your home using essential oils and other natural ingredients! You will have the opportunity to create a natural cleaning product of your own, plus receive a recipe book to take home with you.

Yoga Nidra is a guided yogic sleep & meditation practice for rejuvenating the entire body and energy system. Join us for a 90min candlelit class with slow-moving asanas (postures), deep breathing, and a restorative, guided Yoga Nidra. No experience necessary.
