In the past, we have offered "yoga challenges" to see how many practices you can squeeze in during one month. We have had some fun with this and growing our asana practice together as a community and individually. Well, we're going deeper this time and you are invited to join us. This February, your teachers and staff at On Track Yoga have developed a special program offering a new kind of challenge that involves not only your asana practice on the mat, but the daily practice of Living Yoga off the mat.
You are invited to participate in any and all aspects of this challenge and are encouraged to immerse yourself in your practice during this month and beyond. Challenge yourself to a daily asana and meditation practice. Use our challenge theme of the week for self-study. Attend weekly check-in/meditation offerings + workshops with OTY teachers and special guests. Participate in a service project with us at the end of the month. Encourage each other and celebrate individual + community growth together!

-Use your current class pass for your daily asana practice.
-4 workshops will be offered during the challenge. (See workshop schedule below.) You may attend each separately for $20 or all 4 for $60.
-Sunday Evenings (2/7, 2/14, 2/21 - time TBA) we will have a brief check-in including meditation on the theme of the week, discussion, and possibly journaling. Please consider offering a donation for these sessions.
-Community Potluck Friday 2/26 at 7pm
-Yoga service (seva) project will be held on Saturday, 2/27. (info to come)
