Happy (for the) Holidays: Yoga for Self-Care

This 2-hour workshop introduces students to some of the simple, but powerful yogic practices that can support you during times when you can't get to your mat and will help you thrive as you develop a steady yoga and meditation practice.
Students will leave with handouts for each of the practices and a recording for a guided restorative practice that they can use at home.
